长眺 Chang Tiao is made for Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai as a piece of wallpaper that tells the characteristic features of the hotel.
A traditional Chinese painting technique called cavalier perspective is used in this panorama, representing the great 360-degree view from the hotel. Under the typical Chinese Shan-shui painting colors of green and gold, artificial landmarks of Shanghai and natural landscape become fused, symbolizing the thinking of modern people about the contrast and fusion between cities and nature.
《长眺》希望借用中国古典山水画中特有的“散点透视”的手法来体现静安香格里拉大酒店的360度全景视野。借“金壁山水”画派中的常用色“青绿”和“泥金”等色彩，通过城市建筑与自然山水景观之间的安排，以照片拼贴和电脑后期数字绘制表现古典山水风骨。在《长眺》中，现代与古代的矛盾、城市与自然的融合，折射出现代城市里人们的思绪。
