Campaign logistics including stock control, transport, storage, shipping and handling.
Recruiting, training and managing creative teams within design studios and managing directly in-house and external resources for both 2D & 3D production.
Researching and liaising with many different specialist suppliers & venues including, contractors, specialist model makers, design engineers, metalworkers, photographers, video production staff, writers, structural engineers, Event organisers, AEO staff and ESSA members.
