One of the first companion pieces to be created once the bulk of the campaign was completed was the academic supplement. These are used mainly as mailable brochures, specifically sent to students who inquire more about Biola. Some admissions counselors will hand them out as well.
The idea behind this piece was to take it a few steps past the conventional idea of a brochure. Not only did we want to wow the recipient with it’s creativity and interactivity, we also wanted to make good on one of the University’s objectives for the year – to give gifts. I liked the idea that this simple brochure could fold out into a poster that could be hung on your wall, or even used as a book cover.
