This house at Ostozhenka belonged to A.I. Kekusheva, the wife of the famous Moscow architect Leo Kekushev. It resembles a medieval castle with an asymmetrical composition and high "chivalrous" turret.

It is possible that the residence of Bulgakov's Margarita was in this house. This is a permanent residence of Egypt Defense Minister.
