Giving graduates a unique perspective on what BarCap expect in the interview process, I came up with the idea of turning the tables and putting the student in the recruiter's position. It's an interactive challenge which users can refer back to time and time again.There are three fictional candidates featured in the app, each of whom gives their response to a question.  Once the students have decided who they think gave the best answer, they hear from a real recruiter at Barcap who gives detailed video feedback on the different candidates’ performance.  There are also sections that give detailed background information and feature more video content delivered by Barcap’s Head of Campus Recruitment. Barclays have now rebranded their investment banking division, but the app was still in use until 2013.
