Rhythm represents our desire for order, it is like our heartbeat and gives us a sense of pulsing in life.

Everyone has their own and different desire rhythm for their life and I want to express my own rhythm of life visually for this project.

 

Mundane object: Rubber bands
Rubber bands are very common in our daily life, it is elastic and stretchable and it can be stretched and form into anything.
Besides that, it gives a sense of playfulness and rhythmic feeling.
I tend to metaphor that I have the freedom and ability to create and play my desire rhythm that express about me.

 

Outcome: A rubber bands visual rhythm 
Based on the final outcome, I created a feeling that the rubber bands are dancing and celebrating with each other. I played with the rubber bands to create a blooming and glowing kind of celebrations.
