TORTY MŁODEJ
Torty Młodej is a project that came out of my hobby. On good ocasions I bake layercakes for my friends and family.
Each time I try to think of some new conecctions of tastes and I like to experiment with the forms. When I bake I follow my intuition and I make many samples to find out what tastes the best. I often combine recipies. I usually use seasonal products, I like to follow the nature and use friuts that there is the season for - then it tastes the best.
