WORK IN PROGRESS - Aasaanjobs is an online marketplace for entry level jobs. We provide a platform where recruiters meet job seekers. Working on the employer app. We already have an employer app but after doing some usability testing we found out certain pain points. So, based on those pain points I am working towards revamping the employer app of aasaanjobs.com. This is the onboarding flow of the employer. The Target Group of the app is mostly start ups and hence after initial research did a user persona and customer journey.
