Travel Guard Chartis is an insurance and travel assistance multinational through the whole world. With the opening of their new offices in Argentina, they asked us to develop the signage for them.
The premises we had to carry on with communication were very few: have presence on highly busy places and hat the new offices had an identity od their own.
For this process, meetings were organized with the people that were going to occupy the office, from managers to telemarketers. This was the key to know how every space functioned, but mainly to know how to make useres comfortable.
It was here where it came up the fundamental concept of communication: understand the offices like the big planet Earth.
With this premise as a core idea, all the components of the establishment were adapted (areas, workspaces and offices) being characterized as part of the planet Earth.

Travel Guard Chartis es una empresa multinacional de seguros y asistencia al viajero en todo el mundo. Con la inauguración de sus nuevas oficinas en Argentina, nos solicitaron realizar la señalética dentro de las mismas.
Las premisas que teníamos para realizar la comunicación eran pocas: tener presencia en lugares transitados y que las nuevas oficinas tuvieran una identidad propia.
Para dicho proceso, se organizaron charlas con quienes iban a utilizar la oficina, desde gerentes hasta telemarketers. Éstas fueron clave para conocer el funcionamiento de cada espacio, pero principalmente para saber cómo hacer sentir cómodos a los usuarios.
Fue allí donde surgió el concepto fundamental de la comunicación: entender las oficinas como un gran planeta Tierra.
Tomando esta premisa como eje, se adaptaron todos los componentes del establecimiento (sectores, cubículos y oficinas) caracterizándolos como partes del planeta Tierra.
