This project revolves around studying an area in the city of the Hague, Netherlands, making an experiential space model and coming up with something inspired by it.
The chosen space, Energie Centrale, Den Haag. It is an abandoned factory.
Mysterious. Lugubrious. Old and new. Capturing.
Dark. Quiet. Self reflection. Deceiving.
Mood board depicting the feeling of 'deception' as the inside of the factory is very different from what expected after looking at the outside. The outside is quiet and lonely wherein the inside has a giant loud machine operating and a few people taking care of the automated giant.

The final outcome consists of a hemispherical transaparent structure with a strip of fresnel lens all around. This allows the user to see the object inside that is a cube with a QR code that has more information about the factory, as not many people know much about it. The user is deceived when they see it from far away and cannot guess the purpose of the object and just think of it to be a cube but when come close they realise what the structure is about.
