Site located in the area of Intermoda, become a landmark and a new recreation area for families, to accommodate social activities with maximum acssesbility, which is able to serve the community, a New Shopping Center trade.
CityWalk is a mixed-use development : People - Oriented Cities, that aims to CityWalk can create ECONOMIC SOCIAL BENEFITS for the city. City Walk is an exploration of how a city can evolve to become more sustainable and livable through the Transit-Oriented Development and Connected Communities.

Site yang berada di area intermoda menjadi landmark dan area rekreasi baru bagi keluarga, mewadahi aktifitas sosial, asksesbilitas maksimal yang mampu melayani masyarakat, sebuah trade shopping center. CityWalk merupakan Mixed-use development:People - Oriented Cities, diharapkan nantinya CityWalk dapat menciptakan SOCIAL ECONOMIC BENEFITS bagi kota. City Walk merupakan eksplorasi bagaimana sebuah kota dapat berkembang untuk menjadi lebih sustainable dan livable lewat Transit-Oriented Development dan Connected Communities.

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) adalah mixed-use, kawasan perumahan dan komersial yang dirancang untuk memaksimalkan akses transportasi umum, dan sering menggabungkan fitur untuk mendorong penggunaan angkutan umum.
Citywalk mendukung bisnis lokal dengan meningkatkan Foot traffic. mengkoneksikan antara atrium (Mall) dengan terintegrasinya pasar modern dan terminal bus di sisi barat, sebagai potensi yang besar. Bangunan podium di desain menerus, tidak memiliki kantong di dalam bangunanya, agar bangunan ini menjadi milik publik, tidak ada jarak siapapun dapat mengakses dan menggunakannya, tidak ada ungkapan segan untuk memasukinya, tidak ada si miskin dan sikaya, connected communities.
