As a way of recognizing Alliance Bank’s long-standing presence in St. Paul, importance was placed on preservation of historic character and maintenance of architectural elements such as the original concretevault and existing terrazzo floors. Preserved areas, like the vault, were given new uses, such as meeting spaces and support areas. To support Alliance Bank’s dedication to their client relationships, the aesthetic direction was classic and timeless, warm and welcoming.
