As the new manager for an exclusive customer community, I wanted to do something fun for my introduction and get customers engaged.
I created this video as part of a broader referral campaign but catered specifically to our exclusive customer rewards community.
The purpose of this video was to encourage existing customers to refer us to their colleague(s) within a specific function. Most of these customers were not familiar with this product so I wanted to create a fun video that was both educational and engaging.
I produced and edited this animation for the launch of a new section on our website featuring a hot topic. This video was amplified across social and featured on the website during the campaign period.
I developed this animation video for World Backup Day as a way to educate and spread awareness about Druva's mission/solution.
This was a scrappy video I created as a result of a live Periscope interview with the company's VP of Product Marketing. While the quality isn't as great, the purpose was to create and amplify content around a relevant topic during a short window (i.e. this was during a large security conference). Added an intro animation and lower third, and voila! :-)
A video that addresses a commonly asked question from customers.

"Permanent hair color along with a color enhancing treatment are a power couple for keeping color-treated hair vibrant, soft, and shiny. In salons, colorists use this combo to maintain a rich, gorgeous look. Madison Reed gives you everything to become your own expert colorist at home.

A video announcement for a contest that the community team hosted for the company's B2B audience. The goal was to increase engagement and usage of the private community forum for Generation Demanforce. I managed this project from start to finish, developing the storyboard as well as filming and editing.
Introductory training video for customers on how to navigate through the Generation Demandforce knowledge base. I developed the script and assisted with filming and recording the voice-over.
Another great post-production project that involved sorting through massive amounts of b-roll to create a story about family love and togetherness.

"What do moms really want for Mother's Day? We visited four homes who are part of the Madison Reed family to deliver something that money can't buy. Time together is time well spent. Wishing you a very Happy Mother's Day filled with love and loved ones!"
A fun stop-motion video I created for our medical adviser, Dr. Jan Hansen. It's important to acknowledge those who are making great contributions to their communities and helping to improve our quality of life.

"National Doctors' Day‬ is a time to show appreciation for physicians, their work, and their contributions to society. Our medical adviser Dr. Jan Hansen faced many challenges and rose above traditional expectations for women to become the incredible doctor she is today. Join us as we celebrate Dr. Jan and physicians everywhere. Cheers to good health!"
A video that re-purposes all the great content on the Spreecast platform and acknowledges the talented community.

Side Quest. Supplement. Visual Context. Interactive Adventure. Whatever this is, I wanted to try something different with my curriculum vitae. I hope this inspires you (and helps me land my dream gig!)
