Refurbishment of façade
The goal for this project was to completely transform the look and feel of the building without altering the structure. The brief was simple: Make it look as good as possible for as little as possible.
Pietman collaborated with Team VANRICK on this project to design a new exterior. Together they explored three basic principles:
1. Breaking down the existing elements into their basic forms2. Accentuating these elements by adding no more the three textures or colours (eye shadow)3. Adding louvres (eye lashes)
The result was a cost effective face lift for Blend Properties’ new acquisition.
