Silk screened poster design for the PBaRt show. I thought the image of someone handing beers to a musician on stage was a sight with which many PBR drinkers would be familiar, and would make for a strong billboard, hence the long horizontal format.
The Blue Ribbon pattern is the same screen, printed four times; each poster required seven imprints, in total. The kraft board used for the edition was discarded shipping material from a beer bottle manufacturer, and bears the impressions of the tops and bottoms of bottles.
Five-color design for the following PBaRt show. To date, the most colors I've attempted in a serigraph.
The next PBaRt show fell on an election year.
The comparatively minimal design was inspired by WW2 propaganda posters.
