is a stage play performed by highschool students from “Clube de Teatro da Escola Secundária da Lourinhã”.
The play is based on four plays from portuguese playwright Jaime Salazar Sampaio: O Jardim Público, O Bolo, A Paragem de Autocarro e O Escadote.
The stage play was the outcome of six months of hard work within the club. The play is an invite to meditation on the value of reality and of theatre itself. Artistic direction is mine and of Dr. Tathiana Ferreira. I took care of the lighting, Tathiana took care of the sound and the actors took care of giving birth to the characters. Stage-settings are the creative work of the collective. I worked out the poster on top of a photograph taken by one of the girls.
