Twisted Logic is an ethnographic and contextual study of Savannah, Georgia in an attempt to discover the gaps that exist between perception, performance, and policy in relation to the use of small wind power as an alternative renewable energy source.

The research is a part of R Wade Campbell`s MFA thesis "Twisted Logic: Accelerating the Diffusion of Wind Power." The project supervisors are Dr. Christine Miller and R Wade Campbell.
