P.A.C.T. - Private Agencies Cooperating Together is an organization who’s mission is to reach those who are poor to exercise their voice to build their own solutions, and take ownership of their future. This campaign specifically was to target less fortunate individuals around the United States to better them, and teach them those same principles.
