Concept:
In November 2010 w?atf was invited by Bernhard Tobola and Cloed Baumgartner to attend the project MODE:BLOCK as part of "Gemeindebau-Festival". The mission was to implement Pop-Up stores on 3 different locations with thematic reference on municipal housing complexes, in German called Gemeindebauten. The focus of the assortment was Viennese fashion design and also the fashion style of Gemeindebau residents. Empty spaces were converted to Pop-Up stores, 2 of them inside of municipal housing complexes. The home base was in  a vacancy on a nice corner at the 7th district where the shopping fitting was made of cardboard by the industrial designers of the company microgiants.
