Each year the city of Delft is turned upside-down during a week called the OWee (Ontvangst week, or reception week in English). This is when all the new students arrive and get to know their new city, university and most importantly the diverse offer of student associations. During three years I was a member of the graphical committee for one of them. That was the Delft Student Jazz Association Groover. More work I did for them can be seen on my account.

 

The OWee is one of the more important events of the year, it is namely during this week that we get the most new members. As such it is very important to be visible and get across the values of the association. To achieve this all the associations chose a theme and two colours each year which is accompanied by a logo. This logo in turn will be used all week long on all the promotion material, such as banners, posters, flyers stickers and the t-shirts. I got to design the logo twice, in 2013 and 2014.
