Little Shop of Horrors

Little Shop of Horrors (Performing Heights)
Technical Director/Charge Artist
This musical, was the annual winter musical that Arlington Heights High School Performing Arts Theatre puts on. The main concept for the show was Black and White, any walls or fabric would be black and white with one color accent for different places. Once the shop is transformed, there is the most amount of color with various flowers everywhere.

The unexpected challenge that came up with this show, was that the two weeks that were allowed to build and paint the major parts of the set, was done in the dark, and all pieces were cut outside and with power from a small generator.

*Please note: there were two volunteer parents that helped paint the details such as the wallpaper and graffiti.
