BAMVO | 2014 Houseware design
Bamvo is a set of Chinese seasoning set that is designed to cater for one-hand use & achieve the objective of no fuss usage.
The material choice of bamboo highlights the oriental dining culture and the transparency at the base helps the users to distinguish the types of seasoning.
The lid and height of different bottles give semiotic meanings to the user while not losing the unity in form.
Bamvo encorages the user to push back the lid inside in order to keep the bottle clean and look complete when it comes to a set.
Which reduce the problem of spoling and long-time opening of the lid.
The set includes 3 main gesture when obtaining the seasoning: Spilling liquid, Sprinkling powder & Scooping.
