For my Senior year at the Cleveland Institute of Art I have this and next semester to create a final thesis project. This project is a culmination of what I’ve learned and how I’ve improved, as well as a chance to dedicate myself to something I’m passionate about and get an idea of what direction I want to go.
For my Thesis I’m creating a board game, I’m developing the mechanics, rules, concept and story as well as doing the illustrations. I’ve merged concepts from both family games and hobby games and am attempting to find a succesful middle ground that will appeal to multiple types of gamers. I’m also focusing on creating a game with a large re-playability, expandability and with great marketability.
