Computer deskis without legs, has overhanging design. Tabletop overhang is held by concretecounterweight and does not require any fixing on floor or wall.
The desk is equipped with a desk lamp in theform of swinging bar which is balanced by the balance weight.
The deskconsists of a tabletop, counterweight block and lighting bar:
is an L-shaped structure made of curvedaluminum plates and stiffening ribs glued together with aviation glue, likechannel. Inner space is used as a cable conduit. There are holes for cables for monitor orother devices in the top plate of the tabletop.
Counterweightblock is made of concrete and consists of two parts. There is space to accommodatesystem unit in the block. The block hasenough weight to hold the tabletop in horizontal position. Parts of block arefixed by threaded rod through angle bars which are glued to the tabletop. Thereis an embedded item fixed in a ballast block to hold a lighting bar.
Lightingbar consists of a supporting lever, bar, lighting frame and reflector plates. Rotationangle and slope angle of lighting bar can be adjusted. A lighting baradjustment is performed on the principle of scales: by moving weight along abar, a slope can be changed. On the opposite side of a bar there is a framewith fluorescent lamp in it. Frame revolves on its axis and its slope can beadjusted.
The deskcan be used as a writing or computer desk in spacious rooms in correspondingstyles (loft, high-tech, minimalism).
