The first objective was to read a compilation of short stories in the book titled Invisible Cities, by Italo Calvino, I chose 3 cities, and used the body copy for those cities. Using the classical book block, I combined classical type with expressive typography. After designing spreads and endpapers, I designed the cover, keeping it simple and elegant. The pages were printed at FedEx, the cover at UMSL.
