These are the traders and farmers of South East Asia. Who are still very much part of sourcing food themselves from agricultural land. There is openness in Thailand to be able to trade more freely. 

 

With such things as street food, open markets and abundance of produce a community of traders who work with one another. If they don't have what you want, they will know someone who will.
