Client: The Waterhole: ReBrand
This was The WaterHole's logo circa July 2015 prior to hiring DFFRNTWRLD® to rebrand in August 2015.
The Waterhole logo mark is based on the traditional concept of the "watermark". When we started designing, we asked ourselves what mark does water leave? We settled on a water drop, and created a fluid "W" shape to relate to the narrative. The center piece can stand alone or be accompanied by additional branding elements giving it far more range.
