The reconnect bracelet is made to be worn during the childhood of pakistani children. The bracelet contains a passive RFID chip which stores information on the childs identity and who to contact if the child gets lost. This info is encrypted and can only be accessed by using a certain scanner. This scanner is exclusively in posession of designated medical staff and rescue workers.
