Custom residence for a private client in northern Illinois in a closed golf club community. Client's program called for the primary residence to be on one level in anticipation of living there during their retirement years. The walk-out lower level is for the guest quarters for the children and grand children. The screened porch overlooks the golf course and a marsh and lake nature preserve.
