Following project was made for a competition on 99designs, an online graphic design marketplace. Client required redesign of job search engine website - careers.org. Existing web pages (Home, Interactive Tools, Blogs) are redesigned based on the given mockups. Creative solutions for web pages "See How" and "Lifetime Value Tool" are developed based on the information in the brief and general understanding of the site navigation.
The following web page should present the output for client's proprietary mathematical model called Career Lifetime Value. This model produces a single number that represents what a user can expect to earn in any career during the course of their working life. It considers benefits, opportunity costs, training and, of course, cash compensation. It factors in age, education level, location and experience.
The "See How" link from the home page is supposed to lead to this web page. This web page should give the user access to all of the content in a clear, fun, pleasant and effective way, while answering that key question of “See How?”. Since there was no mockup for this web page, it was the biggest challenge of the task.
