i made a book called 1 page at a time that you can buy in bookstores. it's a creative journal that you fill out slowly to document who you are throughout the process of a year, so you can look back once you've made it. 

also available in portuguese, spanish, russian, chinese, german, and a bunch of other languages so that's pretty cool.
