Transmission Series Identity

As Creative Director at Church at The Springs, I was responsible for directing all media content during weekend services. This included video production, series identity, web and social media content. The series name and media changed every four to five weeks.

Here is an example of a series called, “Transmission.” The goal was to renew an awareness of the great commission found in Matthew 28:19. From there, we began brainstorming and developing a brand based on the idea of a transmission signal–a message sent out, received and broadcast for the world to hear. The logo below uses an old transceiver radio we foud at a local thift store. We went with a vintage, grunge look to allude to the grit and dilligence it takes to cut through the static.

This is a video I directed and produced shot at a local abandoned factory in Ocala, Fl. The audio is a collection of teachers communicating the importance of the great commission. I wanted the video to create tension and prompt questioning from the viewer, pushing them to listen closely to the message being transmitted by the transceiver.
