This is a piece that I started after I surfed around and found a classic photo of an ethnic costume. I am used to draw human portraits, but recently, I am trying out animals instead, combining with common human nature.

 

Having that both as inputs, I came out with this, of which the title (a pun for both languages) was thought very much later.

Lord Mau has a pretty much straightforward definition. Lord (king) and Mau (cat).
As to the name Elvis, it is pretty much attributed to the Chinese characters. 猫 is cat and 王 is king but when used together (猫王) it also doubles it's meaning to represent Elvis Presley.
