Architectural thesis project, wich wants to discover the heritage value of the ex Girardi hat factory,
one of the most important factories of the 50’s, located in Santiago, Chile.
This proposal highlights three aspects:
1. Using criteria for academic heritage architectural intervention.

The project will optimise the available surface.

The program is distributed in all the buildings of the block, in order to allow the best interaction between them.
