    Research and development for water and liquid test .

Collection of my R&D for Water and Liquids Simulation and render , most of those shot is an experiment and test to new technology and solvers in different application , The letest shot will be in top of this page .

Just a small test i did to control the shape of a boat wake. Instead of relying on the collision of the FLIP solver , i think i need to mask out the displacement from the emitting area , done in houdini 16 and rendered in redshift .
I did the Water in this shot (Simulation/Shading/Render ) , Houdini for simulation and redshift for render .
Just playing with houdini 15 to see :

1-Houdini 15 New Flip Workflow and Meshing Enhancement .
2-Get Wet Map on Animated Mesh .
3-Get More realistic result for the water by adding Motion Blur and Velocity Shading and Caustic .
This is an RnD i did to test the houdini 14 flip solver workflow for Water/Foam/Spray/Mist , The Rendering done in Redshift for Softimage , except Foam/Mist render in Mantra , a lot can be improved and optimized , hope to make v2 better with some camera animation to make the shot more dynamics.
