E-care CMS and brand guidelines
Assistenza is the self-care section of Vodafone Italia website. We have designed the UX and visual layouts, and developed a special brand identity for the "help" content around the website. In doing so we created a green mascotte (a luciola firefly) that is now known by the name of "Oliva".
