This is a design commissioned by Platinum Marketing Group for their Halloween greeting card. Two of their executives dressed as the Good and Wicked Witch and left treats for their clients along with this card. PMG is a Cincinnati based agency so I used the Cincinnati skyline to play as Emerald City from the movie Wizard of Oz. They loved it.
