In February 2012, Sanford Health opened a new Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls. This state-of-the-art facility and the skilled professionals who save lives there needed a grand unveiling.

We snapped photos and captured audio of architects, construction workers and heart professionals as they talked about their work and the meaning of this new facility. With it, we created an interactive digital mosaic that layered those pictures and stories together.

When users clicked on an image, they would then see a larger version of the image and listen to a snippet of audio on our heart program, the new facility and that person's role.

Traditional Campaign Elements
To drive end-users to those stories, we used the same mosaic style to introduce the building. It was a teaser campaign over the course of several weeks. Since all of our buildings are lined with blue lights, we knew the skyline was going to change... dramatically for those who live with heart disease.
Campaign included print, outdoor, radio, TV and interactive web.
