The Eighth Gate is a project where Emaar adds a modern gate to the existing seven that surrounds Damascus. The tradition of these gates and how they are a part of the culture of Damascus are the inspiration of the brand.
The challenge was to further the brand development highlighting the rich Syrian heritage. This can be visible throughout the sales brochures, which utilized Syrian “Hakawati” storytelling, and the photoshoot, which brought out the textures and features of old Damascus.
