The Challenge
 
CareerOne required a game-changing new approach to developing Australia’s biggest and best online Career Expo: somewhere any job seeker in Australia could easily visit, engage and converse with potential employers. 
It also had to outperform any previous CareerOne event.
 
 
 
 
 
The Strategy
 
We understood that to be effective, the expo had to be more convenient and just as effective as a real event. It had to overcome the tyranny of distance and time and enable a physical event to be run completely online. For that employers and job-seekers needed meaningful real-time interaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Solution

We designed and built VFair, the first fully interactive online Career Expo created in Australia. 

Employers had all the benefits of a nationwide career fair without the cost and time commitments of physical attendance. They could control the functionality of their own environments and apply their own branding.
 
Job seekers could interact with employers in real time no matter they lived or what time they accessed. They could explore different industries, apply for jobs, attend webinars, upload CVs and find detailed career info.
 
 
 
 
 
The Result
