After the Landing.jobs rebranding in early 2015, I partnered with Gustavo Pimenta from SensesLab. Our task was to redesign their main touchpoint: the tech jobs marketplace. We had to integrate the new brand positioning, naming, and style, but also dig deep and set strong foundations for the future. They operate in a fierce, competitive industry, so we wanted to create a meaningful experience for job candidates. We set out to not only make tech recruitment a less painful process but to make it a pleasure.

 

I led the visual design of the new Landing.jobs. In the beginning, I used Style Tiles to show distinct visual directions. During the rest of the project, we went with InVision to discuss mockups and communicate design rationale. I also made contributions to the interaction design, in close collaboration with Gustavo.
