PC Plus is a personalized loyalty rewards program that allows consumers to earn points and redeem for dollars off their grocery bill. In order to enjoy the true benefits, members are asked to load their offers every week. But because loading offers is an additional step, when other Canadian loyalty programs typically don’t require anything other than scanning a card, we had to change consumer behaviour.
This was done by utilizing video, digital, radio and flyers to develop a campaign that demonstrated the member benefits of loading weekly offers.
