For my "La décadence" collection I was inspired by the easy, carefree spirit of the Art Deco resplendent in vintage golden lace and circular motifs typical for this epoch . And here you can find my affection for Gustav Klimt s paintings - one of the greatest masters of eroticism in the history of art.
Klimt glorified female beauty in his work. I was influenced by the way he incorporated the female figures into a system of ornamentation. In particular, I love his extensive use of gold lineaf.
As a main material I chose stretch silk blush which looks like skin and nice gold corded vintage lace. Also I have found an absolutely beautiful brooch-pendant with emerald, sapphire, and pearl, framing an oval cabochon. I am going to create a nice decoration for my collection based on this amazing jewelery.
My collection is devoted to opulence and the beauty of women. This set emphasizes lace, effortless silhouettes and luxurious materials that were so typical in the Art Deco time.
