    Conception et réalisation de l’identité visuelle, de différents outils de communication et du site web du projet immobilier Brickfields, situé en plein coeur du quartier Griffintown à Montréal. Ce projet allie espace commercial, bureaux et condominiums haut de gamme. Construite en 1825, la maison Keegan, la plus ancienne résidence de Griffintown, s’offre aujourd’hui une seconde vie en se réincarnant en hall d’entrée de l'édifice. Intemporel, haut de gamme et moderne ont été de mots clés pour définir les lignes de bases de ce projet. Read Less

Challenge
Maître Carré is a renowned real estate developer in Quebec. This project, located in the heart of Griffintown, combines commercial space, offices and upscale condominiums. The Keegan House (1825), the oldest residence in the neighborhood, is given a second life by reincarnating itself in the entrance hall of the building. For this ambitious project, they approached us to create the graphic identity, the brand platform and the website in order to differentiate themselves in a highly competitive market in Montreal.
 
Solution
Timeless, high-end and modern were keywords to set the first guidelines for the Brickfields project. The logo chosen refers to the former vocation of the place: a brick factory. Handwriting has been used selectively to recall the heritage of the past. This legacy has been used in the creation of a limited edition of the newspaper "The Brickfields News" as a brochure presenting the project. The website prioritizes simple navigation, attractive images and easy of access to different plans. Brickfields condos were all sold before the construction finished.
