It would seem, that with the push toward having our medical records digitized, that we would be able to own a descriptive, informative, copy of these records. Unfortunately, we're not there yet. 

I created this quick 'sketch' of a digital record on an iPad that I would love to have someday! It would contain records of visits, blood tests, MRI's, X-Rays, diagnosis, procedures, and prescriptions that I could refer to when visiting the doctor or speaking with my pharmacist. While we're at it, let's pull into this application, WebMD content, plain english descriptions of health issues and ways to treat yourself at home for minor health concerns.
