Illustrator, BFA
I am originally from Southern California, born in downtown Los Angeles. I am the first generation to be born in the States. I come from a creative family, my mother and father are British. My mother was a chorus line dancer in London, danced in shows in every theatre in London, and entertained the troops in World War II.
My father was a playwright, producer of musicals, director, and had a twin brother-they also were professional dancers.

I have always enjoyed art. When I was a young girl I used to practice my drawings lying flat on my back underneath our living room coffee table. It was not until I moved out of my mother's apartment, that they noticed all my drawings and doodles.

I had a wonderful art teacher at Beverly Hills High School, Mr. Suter, who developed my passion further into the art world. I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a major in art, continuing on to get a BFA with a specialization in Illustration. After graduation, I started my own greeting card company called Jag Graphics. In 10 years, I had my stationery in all the major department stores around the country, with showrooms in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, and Dallas. Jag Graphics was showed in all the major markets. I was voted best stationery of the West by AMC for my French Country Collection. My note cards were displayed in the front window of Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills, to the museum store of Tate Museum in England. Princess, Michael of Kent had a collection of my floral designs.

My love of colors and objects of everyday life find their way into my illustrations. I like to have a sense of whimsy and fun, so I'll stick a bird on top of an animal, next to a truck or throw in a guitar, for my love of music. I do acrylic paintings, watercolors, and love to work in Photoshop. I continue to design stationery products for eileen design studios. Thank you for taking the time to look at my work.
