My self-portrait is a image of me carrying my son. To me this image
depicts who I am. A dedicated father who is taking his family along
the path of life, trying to do it always with a smile on his face. I really
treasure my son and we both enjoy art together, so for this image I
added the “pencil” filter. I wanted to re-create something that my
son and I enjoy which is drawing and each other's company so this
image with this filter incorporates both. I also wanted it to feel like
the image was being penciled into my sons memory.
