Reverse Engineering of a Coffee Maker

EN  Project done during my year abroad at California State University Long Beach for the class DESN280. The purpose was to do a reverse engineering of a coffee maker. We were supposed to describe the interaction between object and user; draw all the pieces that were inside specifying what materials they were made of, and what type of fasteners were used; and to describe the mechanism of operation. It was a very difficult project to do, but at the end, the result was very gratifying.
For this project, I had to use SolidWorks to model all the parts and pieces, and to create the drafting, Photoshop to draw the illustrations, Illustrator to create the icons and the graphics components, and InDesign to make the report.
