A "secret" society called the Underground Rebel Bingo Club gathers together young people in secret locations to play bingo in a rebellious fashion. Throwing away the conventions of what bingo is they have turned it into a ruckus party that others would disapprove of. So they hold the events in "secret" by disguising them as tame everyday events.
