Folded Construction

SOFTNESS.
Folding paper is oftentimes associated with sharp corners and geometric shapes. Taken as a challenge: to add softness to an otherwise hard and chiseled output.
Two folds in the front are wave-like, starting from one point and terminating at the opposite side, a rather unexpected twist. They open up a central, initial fold. These are gathered in one horizontal line that begins a curve at the bottom. This base suspends the whole structure in mid-air, where the pointy end of the back gently kisses the tail.
Volume is shown at the back and tail, the sharp point harsh, but roundness still evident.
The colors and material are specifically chosen to show contrast of hard and soft, harsh and subdued.
